This 12km viaduct connects Ilocos Norte & Cagayan Valley Province. Patapat was under maintenance when I took this photo. Construction was on going. Workers fixing the foundation of bridge, adding huge boulders and sand. Such a nice place to see, too bad weather was not cooperating. Till next time I guess... who wants to travel 10 hours to Ilocos Norte?
